GP9 Diesel Locomotive # 1741
The Club has purchased a GP9 #72 (formerly Boston and Maine 1741) built in July 1957. Properly maintained, this locomotive is capable of producing 1750 HP. At this point in time, this is one of only 4 remaining B&M GP9s.
